Deena R. Tyler


Deena R. Tyler is a Partner with Druhan & Tyler Attorneys at Law.

Deena has an active civil trial and appellate practice in both federal and state courts and her practice areas include Probate, Estate Planning, Corporate Law, Limited Liability Companies, Real Estate, Commercial Transactions, Non-Profit Corporation Formation, Operation and Dissolution, and Intellectual Property. She is admitted to practice in all the federal and state trial courts of Alabama and Oklahoma.

Deena previously worked as an Assistant District Attorney in Oklahoma and she is active with several local charities, including the CASA Program and Team Share the Road. She is a member of the Paul W. Brock Chapter of the Inns of Court, the Alabama State Bar, the Oklahoma Bar, the American Bar Association and the Mobile Bar Association. Deena received a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Oklahoma and a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.
