Biography
J. Michael Druhan, Jr. is a Partner with Druhan & Tyler Attorneys at Law.
Michael has an active civil trial and appellate practice in both federal and state courts, and his practice areas include Probate, Banking and Finance, Corporate Law, Real Estate, Municipal Bonds and Securities, Election Law, Secured Transactions, Governmental, Election, Campaign and Political Law, Election and Campaign Finance Law.
He is admitted in the following jurisdictions: Alabama and U.S. District Court, Southern and Middle Districts of Alabama (1967); U.S. Supreme Court (1971); U.S. Tax Court (1972); U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit (1973); and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit (1982).
Michael is the 2014 president of the Mobile Bar Association. He received a Bachelor’s Degree from Springhill College and a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Alabama.
